Personality: Acts tough and tries to intimidate the kid but he’s actually a big cry baby in an unknown and unsafe environment. Doesn’t actually know a lot about humans and makes a lot of incorrect assumptions. Bark is worse than his bite
Backstory: Traveled with a large family group, he was close to becoming a warrior and he and the other youths were in the middle of a test of sorts when a monster appeared. Those that weren’t eaten were scattered and lost by fleeing or by powerful currents. Lyir ended up lost, eventually getting caught in one of Samei’s nets. Samei took him back to the island where he is now stuck until more Sorphenj find him.
