Wei Guanting

I discover that Fields exist after about 3-4 years of not using them LOL

The current Chief of Police for the Los Angeles Police Department [LAPD] in PBFP after the previous Chief was murdered nearly 20 years ago. Always sipping on a beverage of some kind, despite the often passive aggressive look on his face he is known to be a soft-spoken sweetheart who always wishes the best for others. He is also very likely autistic, but he personally has no idea about it & it is highly likely that he will never ever get diagnosed.

When not doing his duties as the police chief, Wei Guanting is known to frequent every cafe in Los Angeles & try out their latest menus- loving to support local / small businesses the most! He is also known as one of the best horse riders in the city, expertly riding his horse Da Bai / David in the streets instead of using a car to get around & frequently winning horse racing events.

NOTE(S):

• Wei's full surname is Chingis-Guanting to differentiate himself from other Guanting family members such as Valentia Guanting and Bao-Guo Guanting (he is distantly related to their adoptive mother Dong-Fu Guanting at best). The Guanting Family is a large conglomerate of multiple branch families all with the surname "Guanting", the various members ranging from being closely to distantly related. Wei only uses his full surname when necessary, otherwise he goes by Guanting.
