Design Terms of Use
Can be resold for $5, +reasonable factors (commissioned art, etc.)
1. Do not sell my designs for more than what you got them for. The only time you may do so is if you get more art for it that adds on to the worth. (This includes your own art, and also gift art!)
2. Do NOT trade / sell designs to people on my blacklist! Blacklist is linked on my profile if you wish to make sure you aren't giving my designs to anyone on there.
3. PLEASE do not delete my designs! Deleting the design makes it harder for me to keep track of it! If you no longer want them / you're leaving toyhouse / etc then please DM me and we can work something out!
4. You may edit the design a bit, but please don't change it so much that it doesn't even resemble the original design anymore!
5. Please don't get a design from me just to immediately resell for a higher price / trade it!
6. Do NOT use my designs for problematic content (proship, feral nsfw, etc).
7. You have full commercial rights for my designs, so if you want to make merch and stuff of your characters feel free to do so! All I ask is that you don't take credit for the design, I still have to be credited.
8. ALWAYS credit back to me whenever taking designs off site!
9. I will not revoke designs if you break my TOS, but you WILL be added to my blacklist and prevented from buying anymore of my designs. (Rules 3 and 4 are exempt from this, as they are minor and only really there as suggestions.)
