An imp that wants to be a god. He has a long way to go.

Thinks of himself as a cool-headed mastermind but in reality is easy to distract and fluster.

He has slight shapeshifting and glamour-weaving abilities: He can shrink and grow, both in total scale (tiny/large) and general length (squishing his midsection inside itself like a sock, which is mostly hidden from the outside by thick rubbery skin).

His default voice is high pitched, high energy. It's reedy and wheedly, with a bit of an otherworldly waver. The inflection is like a rollercoaster, very hammy and over the top like a cartoon villain. He can mimic other voices perfectly and greatly enjoys switching between them on the fly in an attempt to startle, unnerve, or intimidate. Finding the perfect voice claim is a tall order, but the masculine vocals from 1:22 into [ Chaleur Malheur - Sieur et Dame ] are a good example of his slithery vibe.
