ALTERATIONS

You may change the character you buy in any way you see fit and use them for whatever you wish, even for commercial profit. (However, you do not have rights to the original artwork of the character.) General rule is the character needs to be at least a bit recognizable to the original.

TRADING & RESELLING / POLICY FOR CHANGE OF CHARACTER OWNERSHIP Trading the design for other designs is allowed. Trading is also allowed for other goods including, but not limited to: art services, including commissions, custom designs, etc sculptures, toys, physical goods, etc. gift cards

I allow resale of the character under the following conditions: The design is not sold for more than what you paid for it HOWEVER if there is any commissioned art (AND ONLY COMMISSIONED ART) you may increase the value of the design to the total value of the commissioned artwork/artworks and if the artist for the commissioned art allows it PENALTIES I will contact you if I believe you are breaking a rule and attempt to work things out first and clear any misunderstandings. If the offenses warrant a penalty, I make sure to understand all angles of the situation before executing a penalty to ensure my judgement is fair and just. Penalties for misuse of a design or character or failure to follow the terms and conditions may result in the following: ​A warning, depending on the intent and nature of the misuse repeated warnings may lead to further action.

Multiple intentional offenses (2-3) may result in being blacklisted and will be banned from participating in auctions, and acquiring new deigns from me. Depending on the behavior these can be temporary or permanent. Actions that justify bans include: repeatedly harassing others to trade or give away their characters repeatedly pulling out of auctions or hiding their bids attempting to sell or trade characters they do not own/have never owned or which are owned by other users and selling my designs for a much higher price (copied TOS)
