thought I'd make a TOS since recent shit called for it

here's some sites im on first:

any other user that is listed for credit for either design, artwork or otherwise that I've created is not me and therefore stealing, report to me if you notice something like this.

ADOPTS/DESIGNS:

you may:

- edit the character as much as you'd like appearance-wise as long as im still credited for the original design, the redesign is something you may take full credit for.

- use the adopt for commercial work such as a comic series, youtube animated series, monetized youtube animations/videos/comic dubs, but please make sure I still get credit somewhere

- draw the character in artwork depicting NSFW, Gore, or sensitive topics

- trade the character freely as long as during the trade my TOS is linked to the new owner

you may NOT:

- take credit for the original design or artwork

- re-upload original artwork without my permission (not including sites likes TH or Instagram with proper credit

- draw the character in depictions such as r*pe, racism, pedophilia, or otherwise dark subjects if it's romanticized/sexualized. if the subject is handled seriously and properly, then go for it, I do not want my designs being used to make a mockery of others trauma.

- use the character to harm others (scamming, harassment of ANY kind, etc.)

- sell my designs for more than they are worth

COMMISSION WORK:

you may:

- upload the art to sites such as toyhou.se, Instagram or Tumblr with proper credit (i have a Tumblr and an old Instagram account, just note me for it)

- add the value of the commission to the characters worth

- add the normal commission value to the characters worth in the event the art I provide is in a gift or trade (ex: I give you a sketch as a gift, you are free to add the normal price of a sketch from me to the worth)

you may not:

- take credit for the art, or re-upload it without crediting me first, or notifying me about the re-uploading to a non-DA or TH website.

WHAT I WILL AND won't DRAW:

WILL:

- furry art - humanoids - Gore - drug/alcohol usage - suggestive themes

WON'T:

- straight up NSFW (i am a minor, asking will result in a report and a block, and further blacklisting from receiving any sort of digital goods from me) - mecha - r*pe, pedophilia, racism, etc. (once again, asking will result in a block and blacklist) - overly complicated oc's - fetish art

REGARDING CUSTOMS:

- once the first sketch is sent, I expect full/a part of the payment, the custom will be finished after payment is received.

- once I send the sketch, and you say it looks fine, you cannot ask for further changes. I work quickly, and it's likely if you ask after giving me the all good im already half-way done/finished with the lineart. if something is wrong, you can fix it yourself.

- after you receive the design, please turn yourself to my ADOPTS/DESIGNS section of my TOS, as well as the above information on what sites I frequent so you may credit.

- (optional) tag me the first time you draw them! this applies to all designs, I'd love to see what you do with them!

- please do not order a custom, adopt or commission from me without reading my full TOS first.

REGARDING MY STYLE:

I do not wish for criticism at this time. it is appreciated, but at the moment my style, design skills and such are in practice mode. once it is better figured out, criticism will be better-applied <3. it will be inconsistent at times, or change completely, but please do not offer critique unless asked.

WARNINGS:

most users get a 3 strike pass for my TOS, breaking minor rules such as improper credit, etc. however, breaking more of my serious rules, such as asking me to draw certain things, or doing certain things with my designs will result in only 1 extra chance depending on severity.

in the event my designs are used consistently for either romanticized sensitive topics, scamming, harassment, etc, I will revoke the character, as I do not feel comfortable with the fact my designs are being used to hurt others. yes, im aware, this isn't the most legal course of action, but in the event I have to do this, they WILL get 1 chance to fix it before I make this decision. I do not believe I'll have to make it that often, and a normal blacklist does not result in character revokation, only in the event it harms others will I take this course of action, a normal blacklist just prevents you from ordering or receiving any further digital goods from me.
