Chloe is a very clumsy feline dress shop owner, she has a very monotone voice to her and just looks straight up bored all the time, but she's very sweet, kind and caring. She's incredibly open-minded and affectionate when she wants to be, even though she doesn't seem like it, like, at all. However she is... incredibly slow, both with movement and realization. Her gothic appearance scares some people around her, which only bothers her a little bit because she's not all that scary either, if anything she's far from scary, so she often at times just looks pretty sad too.
