Ùna is a gentle lamb that wouldn't even hurt a fly. As an outrider, she usually doesn't venture into places that are too dangerous, for she's wise enough to know her limits. She prefers to spend time alone or with her husband, Artair, and their child Torquil. She always brings them presents and rare herbs when she returns from her journeys. She is constantly on the search for wild magic, knowing deep in her heart that it still exists.
Her birth family, the Tyrees, were a very small family and not an influential one at all. Still, it didn't matter to Ùna. They often went outriding as a family, and those were some of the happier times in her childhood. She and Artair met as adults and fell head of heels in love. Their marriage was approved by both families, and the Tyrees beamed with pride for their young daughter. She and Artair have a son, Torquil, and a daughter they lost early.
In her career, she likes to take things slow. It doesn't bother her that she has a low rank within the colony, as long as she gets to do what she loves: searching for wild magic and bringing rare herbs back to the Bevan family that welcomed her with open arms. Ùna is passionate about her work and not at all in it for fame. Her close family and friends love her exactly the way she is, and she's satisfied.
Ùna is a dark snowshoe cat with a pale body and deep brown points on her face, legs, rump, and tail. She has wispy white markings on her round face, belly, chest and toes. She has a hefty, round tail and dark violet eyes.
Her herbal charm has long since replaced the herbs to ward off the Sidhe. Instead, she now wears a necklace of the hugely fragrent star anise, wrapping the twine around the star-like petals.
