Jules owns & runs Jules Jewels in Falentia; which, contrary to the name, is actually a magic item shop! Jules grew up in Falentia with a Tiefling mother and High Elf father, both of which are now retired and live in the upper city. Jules strives to make her magic items the best, comparing them to the 'finest jewelry you could buy' with the goal of being able to give her parents a good life in retirement. So far so good!
