Ambrosia was created to be the perfect field nurse; dedicated, smart, and able to think on her feet. Unfortunately, she was too timid and failed in combat, so she was deemed a failure and paired with another X-series to create a more successful next generation. She loves Sunshine to death and would do anything for her, but sometimes wonders what life would be like if things had been different.

Ambrosia never met her parents, as like the other X5s she was a test tube baby. She was raised alongside the others to be a perfect soldier; in her case, a medic. She was often detached from the other X5s and didn't get along with their tough, often violent tendencies.

At 21, she was deemed a failure and put with another medic in the hopes of creating a better next generation of soldiers. That was how she had Sunshine; she was allowed to stay by Sunshine's side only because she was no longer needed on the field.

She was 24 when Manticore went down; she escaped with her daughter and several other transgenics, and used her medical knowledge to find a place in Terminal City. This is where she met Luke, and was immediately head over heels; they started a relationship early on and quickly fell in love. She hopes to have more kids with him someday.
