Vel has long pink-brown hair with two loss pigtails tied with small green ribbons and bells on each side. Her skin is pale with a hint of freckles on her face along with pale green eyes. Vel wears mostly pinks with hints of gold and pale green. She wears a pale pink dress (type thing), the top of the dress is left open with a golden zipper and a golden bell in the middle of her chest. The mid-section of the dress is held by a large red belt and an smaller green belt, the bottom of the dress is split on the side with more of the golden zipper and another heart-shaped bell. Vel wears a pair of pink gloves with a heart shaped hole on the back of her hand and her middle and ring finger colored black rather then pink. She has a belt around her upper right thigh and a calf high sock why her left leg has a full thigh up sock with pink thread at the top and a bell tied on by the thread. Her shoes are pink color with a small cuff at the top and a green belt around the mid-part of the shoe and lastly golden soles.
