His nicknames are Mint and Pep. Only Cooper calls him Pep.

Peppermint enjoys the simple things in life, and he loves to collect cute little things. He's obsessed with tiny toys called "Mochi Squishies" and always has one in his pocket.

He absolutely adores Christmas, and he loves spending it with his parents. Candy canes are his favorite sweet, and he puts them in hot chocolate to add more flavor.

Poinsettias are his favorite plant, and they're perfect for Christmas. He grows them during spring and summer to sell them specifically in late fall or early winter.

Peppermint is currently on testosterone, and he's slowly transitioning. He's saving up money to get chest surgery. People tend to misgender him because he's pink, but it's his favorite color and he still sees himself as masculine.

His poinsettia garden and shop isn't far from Cooper's pizza parlor, so it was easy for them to meet. Peppermint sells a lot of his poinsettias to Queen Madeline so she can decorate her castle during winter.
