Hihi! Absolute minimum would be $30 plus some other stuff if it's a mixed offer, otherwise if it's just money only I would say something around $60!
And yes, I'm totally open to holds! Up to a month or two I would say, but I can do longer as long as there's communication. For payment plans I can't really say since I don't have experience with that unfortunately!
