They reside near a graveyard, typically keeping restless and lost souls company until they are ready to crossover.
When living beings are nearby, they turn into a statue.
The candle on top of their head is always burning.
They are most active at night
They have decorative moth wings - they can flutter them to sprinkle some sort of dust that helps calm restless spirits, but they are not functional in the sense of allowing flight.
The mushrooms growing out of them are, weirdly enough, edible, and will regrow no matter how many times they are picked.
They used to be a familiar of a witch a long, long time ago - but now they keep watch over where their master was laid to rest and sticking around to keep others' company until its their time to pass on to the next stage of existence.
