Profile
Dahlia is the dutiful keeper of an ancient shrine in her small town. The shrine has been around a very, very long time, and over the years has become quite a destination for tourists and those with a wish. Once every generation in the town, a mothcat is born that has passive magic powers that influence wishes, and this time around it was Dahlia, so she was trained from a young age to maintain the traditions of the shrine. She takes her responsibilities at the shrine very seriously, but is also a young person and loves pizza, netflix, and tamagatchis. In her day to day life she loves to be lazy and a slacker, but when it comes to the shrine she's very responsible.

Haru - Friend
Even if Haru is skeptical of his own magic, he and Dahlia get along quite well. She tries her best to educate him on the nuances of being and Eastern Mothcat and handing having magic that can influence the world around you, but doesn't try to push him too much in any direction, believing that everyone touched by magic has their own relationship with it. Even with their differences, she considers Haru like a little brother.
Lakshmi - Friend
Lakshmi and Dahlia love to talk about the finer points of magic and what it means to them. When Lakshmi first came to the shrine with Haru, Dahlia welcomed them both with open arms and was glad to have some friends like her. She treats Lakshmi like a little sister and loves getting her little cute gifts.
Alf - When this weird guy moved into town Dahlia was super curious, especially since her town can be fairly boring, but Alf certainly proved to be an interesting friend who has livened up the place. She's always visiting him at the store trying to score free slushies.
