Anemokinesis
Air Breath/Generation: Souta is able to generate and manipulate wind within him in a way that allows him to shape the exhaling of the effect. These shapes can include bursts, streams, spheres, even a mist of it from the mouth. He can The user can generate winds, or flow of gases on a large scale, of varying intensity by other means as well, though he generally uses his breath.
Air Manipulation: he can create, shape and manipulate air, wind, breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes. He usually uses his blades to guide the wind streams more easily, though he doesn't need it.
Air Vortex: he can generate spirals/vortices composed of air. The vortex can be projected as a long-ranged attack or as a tornado for both offensive and/or defensive purposes. It's usually how he creates tornadoes and can be fused with razor wind attacks.
Razor Wind: Souta can project air/wind or sound in a way that allows them to cut through matter from a distance. Although this attack does usually slashing damage, he's able to focus it into single piercing stab like an immaterial bullet.
Air Blast: he can release air/wind over a specific target area causing great damage and/or delivering great shock waves of pure force, though generally unrefined and in-discriminating.

Souta is good with spirits and has befriended many magical creatures that live around him. He can transport them to his location and temporarily give them his magical energy in exchange for their help.

Souta can manipulate and move objects with his mind.

Souta integrates potions and magic into his cooking, giving the food magical properties as a result.

Summary
Trivia
His name meaning is Kaifu (海部), from 海 (kai) "sea, ocean" and 部 (fu), "unit, division". Souta (颯太) from 颯 (sou) meaning "sudden, sound of the wind" and 太 (ta) meaning "thick, big".
After he started his knight training, he got officially diagnosed with Anxiety Disorder and PTSD. He has consistent appointments with his therapist now.
His wedding aniversary is on December 17th.
His surname prior to marriage was Arashi/嵐 translating "storm, tempest".

[ Co-worker? ]He hates him. He is fully aware of the abuse of power he continuously uses and has been directly affected by it in the past. The reason Souta was even in the Knight's watchlist was due to fighting and almost taking Hayan out. Now that they work together, he puts up with the weredolphin, pretending not to know him or to have ever been involved with him. His flirty, passive-aggressive manners are galling, nonetheless, and Souta is only willing to offer icy-cold, passive-aggressive politeness in return.
[ Co-worker...? ]A former co-worker in more ways than Souta would like. During the period in his life he acted against the law, he worked alongside Hina a couple of times while the latter was undercover as a terrorist. After he began training as a knight, he became a co-worker as they work for the government, though in different divisions. He found him insufferable throughout the whole process.
