He has no problem taking out something that threatens what he cares about but will often give multiple choices for them to back out before they lose.

History: He was born to a violent start, growing up where there was little food and even less kindness. He eventually was able to break away and after travelling for what felt like forever he stumbled upon a pack with a beautiful spirited healer that had nothing but kindness and patience. They fell in love and when she had to take her place to become alpha of the pack she did so with him at her side.
