Create a toon OC

So I am currently writing a story that takes place in a rubberhose cartoon universe, and while I have a good start on a cast of characters, I feel as though I need more supporting and background characters. Plus I really just love rubberhose characters. If you're interested in creating a character for me to use in this story or in general, here are a few things to keep in mind: Any species is allowed. Human, animal, mythological, anything goes so long as it is translated to the rubberhose style. There are five groups in the story: Heroes are the upper class. Common toons are the middle class. Villains are the lower class, and also contain the last two groups: Hybrids are toons that are a mix of two different species. The Shadows are a malicious group run by Zander aiming to take down the leadership in the city of Inkwell. You can have a character made to be apart of one of these groups and make a set personality for them, or you can present them as a blank slate for me to work with. Also, don't be discouraged if you feel you can't draw in the rubberhose style, just do your best! I'll be super happy with the character regardless! I would prefer no overly sexualized characters, a little bit is fine, but lets not go overboard. Gore is okay if the character is meant to be a member of The Shadows, though note that they are the only malicious group in the city, as most members of the villain class are merely thieves and the other classes prefer to stay away from violence. If you would like, you can provide alternate color palates like sepia tone and technicolor, but these are not required.
