Voidsight

originally a kittypet, void joined galeclan a few years after the end of the war, bringing with them an unseen level of familiarity as an herbalist (their owner ran an apothecary and grew the plants herself). they were not the first cat in an herbalist role, but they were one of the first to dedicate themself to it - they were also fascinated by starclan, which developed quickly into a particularly strong connection to it. 

due to their blindness, void was not able to preform all of the tasks of a healer, but they excelled in finding herbs and their charisma set them aside as a great conduit for starclan to try and heal galeclan's faith. they were a shining light in the fog, an indicator that maybe starclan wasn't all bad - and even as superstitious as galeclan was, it was hard to claim that starclan was spying through void when they couldn't see to begin with. so, void became a confidante, and eventually a messenger between the fields and the sky. this continued into their death, where they also began to serve as a guide into starclan for the newly deceased.
