Nate is a collector of treasures and trinkets. He travels the world with his friend Junco looking for anything shiny or interesting. Despite his appearace, he is not a merchant, as he does not sell any of his treasures. He does give them away sometimes though.
2 keys, 1 translucent orange gummy bear earring, 1 metallic blue gummy bear earring, 1 heart carabiner, 1 butterfly charm, 1 book charm, many beads in various colors and sizes, several pieces of crumpled tinfoil, 1 magic 8 ball, 1 snail shell.
Nate has a faded blue color on his hands, feet, and nose. He also has a faint red streak on his forehead. His eyes are always some kind of abstract shape, and they can be any color.
Nate's design isn't based off of any specific species, I was just trying to make up my own kind of monster thing. However, I have been told since making him that he looks like some existing fantasy species, so I'm not claiming that it's super unique or anything.
Junco is a shapeshifter who likes to travel with Nate. They met when they were both looking for sea glass on the beach, and they quickly bonded over their shared love of vintage postcards. Junco usually takes the form of a crab or a squid, but she can turn into any type of aquatic life she wants to.
