Chameleon naga sprite thing. Wings are too small for flight. About 10 feet long (?). Has a long chameleon tongue. Venomous fangs. Slit, rabbit-like nose. Chameleon eyes can go in different directions as well as lengthen and shorten. Snake part goes up his back and hangs over his shoulders, but it isn't visible because of his bandages. Has a lisp, which can make getting his name across rather difficult. Note: lisp isn't there when he yells because?? Has a tendency to shout random things (like "WHERE ARE THE APPLES?!") while getting really close to a person's face before mumbling 'nevermind' and backing off. This happens a lot with many different topics. Each time takes a random span of time for him to back up. It could be a few seconds or it could take ten minutes. Sort of forgetful and doesn't have any arms. Often 'stands' up higher than he needs to. Skin, hair, scales, feathers, and pretty much anything else on him changes color like a chameleon. The things he wears have to be specially made to allow him to become hidden by his surroundings if he wishes. Has an itty bitty waist. Date is correct (See paper ref)
