Born to two Seawing architects, a profession that is well paid and idolized within Bouligneux, Cuttlefish was granted a lot of opportunities from birth. She went to a well funded school, never knew hunger, and had a job handed to her as soon as she finished school.

It was during her school years that she met Lightfoot, a student at the same university as her though they were in different classes. The two hit it off and began courting each other soon after meeting. Their relationship was rather quick by Seawing standards, but their relationship has been going strong ever since. A few years after Cuttlefish met Lightfoot, the pair ran into Lukewarm at a bar and clicked. It started off as a casual thing, but the three of them eventually realized that they were happy as a polycule.

The war has caused Cuttlefish a lot of worry, as if Heir Leviathan wins the expansionist war would mean that Lukewarm would have to leave to the surface to fight and potentially die for useless territory. Cuttlefish is also ideologically opposed to war and conquest, so its been a very stressful time for her. She's been helping out where she can, helping plan defensive structures and reinforce the city's walls, but she doesn't feel like she's doing enough not matter how much she helps out.
