Piina

Big tidy goth gf and failgirl vampire in a Vampire the Masquerade campaign set in Helsinki.

Notable physical traits and personality

Piina is blonde and has a medium-length layered bob cut. Her eyes are blue and she wears round glasses, though she hasn't needed them after turning. Even as a human she had a fairly pale complexion typical for Finns, but if you interact with her for a while, you are likely to notice something is off unless she has exanquinated a victim recently (that something being that she's dead.) Piina has a rather buxom figure and is a fan of alternative and gothic styles, wears a lot of black clothes and dark makeup, but prefers a more modern or street-smart twist (Finnish weather also needs to be accounted for). She is about 169cm tall.

Additional details:

• She has several piercings: snakebites, a septum ring and a navel  piercing
• Her eyes glow and ears turn pointy when she's using her vampiric powers
• Has a mole on the right side of her chest 
• Used to get a good amount of freckles while alive
• Kaisla does Petra's makeup for her these days
• As a Clan Lasombra vampire she casts no reflection and doesn't show up on cameras (but motion detectors can sense her)
• Her shadow can move independently from her
• Might not loook like it but she is pretty strong physically
• Sufficient exposure to sunlight or fire would kill her, otherwise she recovers from physical damage fast

Not particularly close to her group of vampires, sees them more like co-workers or school friends you hang out with mainly because you gotta be around them a lot.

 
Background

Piina moved from Joensuu to study theater and movie lighting at Uniarts Helsinki. There she met her current partner, stage design student Kaisla. She also accidentally came in contact with the Helsinki vampire scene and was turned by her Creator Ioanna about a year and a half into her studies. Afterwards she had a brief manic episode where she thought surely she could hold onto her previous life thanks to the sun being majorly absent during the Finnish winter period. She attempted to continue her studies, but it didn't take long for her to drop out after one too many close calls with the sun regardless of the season, citing difficulties with mental health.
She still keeps in contact with her parents and, as a secrect from all other vampires, still lives with a human Kaisla. This is probably an awful idea. An even worse idea is that she's planning on turning Kaisla once she gets permission to Embrace a human.... without seriously discussing the matter with Kaisla first.

Trivia: 

• Typically speaks in North-Karelian (Eastern Savo) dialect, switches to formal Finnish when nervously talking to higher ranking vampires
• Bitmoji user (on account of being unable to take selfies)
• The walk-in closet in Piina and Kaisla's apartment is Piina's default resting space and is off-limits to anyone but her on account of the abyssal shadows being a mortal hazard
• Petra and Kaisla have a cat named Jekku that's come to dislike Petra after she was turned :(
