Leads a branch of the military that specializes in longear experimentation and extermination. She runs a facility meant to breed and create concoctions that allow for the genocide of the race. To others she appears rather nice and sweet but she's ruthless and will do absolutely anything to continue her work, even going so far as to expend her own soldiers.
She also suffers from amnesia, only remembering her life at the facility and her work. But before that everything is a blur.... the only clue she has to her past is the engagement ring she wears.
