Design TOS

- As the artist, I own the rights to the artwork and will be able to use it to promote my work.

- All Designs by me require a TH profile unless discussed upon, deletion or removal is not allowed. 

- Designs cannot be resold for more than what they had been bought for unless increasing the value through added artworks.

- Redesigning is allow, no need to ask for permission, have fun. 

 - Editing or making any alterations towards my artwork is not allowed. 

USE

Design is for the client’s personal use, NO commercial use or third party endeavors unless discussed and paid for appropriately. 

You may upload my work in social media with the proper credit to me as the artist.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Artist retains the Copyright of the artwork and has the right to display, advertise and reupload the Work at the artists own discretion. 

Clients DO NOT have the right to use/mint/sell my artwork in AI tools, NFT or ANY kind of crypto currency. You may not upload anything created by the artist for any generated prompts.
