My designs are my intellectual property and by purchasing or obtaining them, you automatically agree to the following rules here whether you are made aware of them at the time of purchase or not.

I claim all commercial rights to these designs and reserve the right to block you based on the severity of the rules broken. Message me privately for any questions or concerns.

• You are not allowed to add new rules to a character you are trying to let go of outside of requesting a name change. Even then, however, the new owner doesn't have to if they don't want to. The only rules an individual has to follow are the ones below.
• I don't care if you sell a design you got from a trade just don't sell them for far more than the estimated worth. You previously owning the character does not give it more value so don't try to cheat people out of their money or currency due to "nostalgia" purposes. Just be fair when it comes to sales is all I ask of you.
• Do not sell or trade away gifts if you can help it. If the design is a gift from me specifically and you no longer wish to own it, please attempt to consult me first. I will gladly compensate you fairly for the design in order to get it back. This is not a requirement, however, simply just a courtesy I'd prefer.
• Please avoid making siblings, children, or parents of my designs unless you've consulted me first. In which case, if I accept, the duplicates must always remain with the original design they were based off of. They are not allowed to be sold separately unless they're significantly different from the base design. If you no longer wish to own them just simply retire them or attach them to the base design.
• You may edit a design however you like. You may give your purchased character a name, personality, background, information, change the gender, species (yes, even to a closed species), and any edits you deem necessary to connect even further with the character. Edits to markings, colors, species, and body modifications may be added, but the character must be somewhat similar to the adoptable's original design. Regardless of how many edits are made, I am still the creator, so please credit me for the design. You're free to put yourself under "designer" though.
