He's a shy little guy who isn't afraid to bite people if they make him feel uncomfortable.
He doesn't speak often as his voice is very soft but when he's in desperate need of getting someone's attention he uses the whistle he wears around his neck.
It usually takes people a long time to get him to trust them before he even speaks, but even then he seldom-ly speaks to people.
Since communication is a bit hard at times since (as not everyone knows sign language) he types things on his cellphone to show what he wants.
He's always seen carrying around his toast looking Polaroid Camera and his cellphone, but never a bag.
This confuses people but the simplest answer to give is that his coat has a bunch of hidden pockets for his things.
Syuuri acts as a seein-eye dog for Haru
