She's a character who prioritizes others over herself. They used to be timid but is currently very confident and charismatic. When she sets a goal for herself, she will stop at nothing to achieve it (hence her character quote). While she doesn't admit it outloud, she knows she has a drinking and smoking problem that she's sensitive about. However, those are the two things that they can't bring themself to quit.
