This is Sinner's brother Axa he is a host for the Eco-System Dragon which is based on a bird.
Axa is very quiet and less out there than his brother. Axa is not his real name it is the name that was given to him by the group that partnered him up with the Eco-System dragon.
He is gay, and So is his brother Sinner.
