marsh is a curious adventurer who seeks to finds all sorts of new magic and all the ways it can be used. he's overly friendly and always happy to learn new knowledge.
while already quite an expert on magic and capable of producing at least a hundred different spells, both from their bare hands and through their wand, they insist on the fact that they have so much more to learn and so much more to discover.
cries at the thought of harming an innocent person but is more than merciless on people who deserve it. he's always up for a friendly spar though! but only if he believes you capable of protecting yourself against his attacks, or if he knows you can take it.
they can tone down their magic attacks as they're very skilled, but it tends to cost more energy for them to hold back than to fire as normal, and they prefer sparing energy if possible.
