Rondo is a part of a species called Coda's. Coda's are people that are so intertwind with the music that they make that it becomes a part of them. Coda's are dealing with music banning and anything other than classical music is outlawed. Rondo was an upcoming music star until he decided to rebel and play the outlawed genre of rock n' roll.
