Otsu

Otsu appeared one morning at the greenhouse of a recently terraformed planet. They wobbled around like a newborn creature, unaware of everything. The scientists at the base were quick to research them, but also grew fond of them and eventually treated them as another team member.

Otsu appears to be built out of random vegetation found at the greenhouse. Whenever it wilts, they replace it with fresh leaves and flowers. Instead of a mouth, they have a strange orifice which emits oxigen and carbon dioxide. The scientists built a gas mask for them to better filter the substances.
