RESELLING/TRADING

• Designs must be resold for the price you paid OR lower. Additional artwork you purchased on your own can be added to the cost. Designs may be traded as well.
• Once you re-sell/trade/gift the design, it is no longer yours.
• Gifted designs cannot be traded or sold unless you have permission from the person who gifted the design to you.
• Purchased MYO slots can only be traded/resold however FREE MYO slots obtained through events / raffles cannot be traded until a design is approved.

DESIGN EDITS

• Edits on adoptables must resemble 60% of the original design. While colors and markings can be changed you will be asked to adjust it if there is not enough resemblance. Please message the me of the new edit, to keep track of designs.
• You can change a closed species to another species or off species, but that must be approved by me. Once the change has been approved, the adopt will be marked as discontinued and cannot be turned back into its original closed species without an MYO slot.

DO NOT:

• Claim the original design as yours.
• Refund after the artist has completed commissioned works. (Including buying adopts)
• Use the adopt for commercial work. All of my adopts are for personal use only and I am currently not offering commercial options. Please do not use designs in games/comics/etc. that are created for profit. 
• Use adopts in art depicting sexual artwork with children, hate speech & racism toward real-life races. You will be warned once, next offense you will be blacklisted immediately.
• Resell an adopt you got from Offer to Adopt (OTA), especially if no money was spent.
• Sell/Trade adopts if the seller/receiver is blacklisted.
