The current king of Saxoir and reincarnation of Hemlock, Crest has become cold and aggressive over time, with Hemlock’s spirit constantly whispering in his ear and guiding him towards wicked decisions.
Once Lily and Calla’s best friend, his decision to exile Calla after his father asked him to kill her due to a vision that she was a reincarnation of Hemlock caused him to lose both of his friends, and in turn resulted in him ultimately killing his father due to rage and taking the crown. With the disease rapidly spreading through Saxoir, Crest is convinced that the only solution to this is to trap his citizens in the kingdom and brainwash them to prevent the virus from spreading until it dies out on its own.
