C is a small Dumbo Rat. He wears his iconic red and blue glasses, paired with his small bandages around his body. C always wears his ‘ratttrash’ pink sweater and doesn't wear pants.
First of all, C is very emotional and can get hurt really easily! Their moods can change very quickly too but they'll soon calm down. But other than that, they're really bouncy and happy and not afraid to do new things (but deep down they're pretty scared but don't show it) At some points he can get pretty shady and probably ignore you for a while (but that's only if you do something bad to them) But he does tend to be quite feminine, so lots mistake him as a girl.

- When he’s a part of a group full of others who like him (most people think he's weird because how annoying he is)
- When others mistake him as a girl (usually results in him at least trashing one room)
- C cries their eyes out if anyone tells him off for the slightest things (eg. if someone tells him he's eating too much)
