By contacting me about ownership of a character design that I ( natedraws ) have created; you are agreeing to this Terms Of Service whether you have read them or not and will be held to them. You are also agreeing that you are 18 years, or older. These terms apply for character sales & trades. This terms of service only applies to designs that I have personally created. These terms do not apply to characters that I am selling / trading if they were not designed by myself.

General

- Upon purchasing / trading for a character design by me, you own full rights to the character design - this includes commercial rights ( This would be needed if you were creating physical merchandise or using the character design as your mascot / brand image ). However; you do not own commercial rights to the artwork I have created of the design, you may not use the artwork I created commercially in any way, shape, or form. Commercial liscensing to my artwork is not available for purchase currently

- You may not edit, trace, reference, copy, alter, or claim any of the artwork I have created as your own

- I am happy to provide edits to the character design, however major changes may be an additional fee

Re-Posting The Artwork / Design

You must provide credit if you re-post / use my artwork on any platform. If you're unsure of my @ or username on any platform, just ask! I do not mind if you remove the character design off of ToyHouse

Payment And Refunds

- I accept payment through PayPal only

- I want to make sure my work is accessible to everyone. If you can't afford a character design I will gladly accept payment plans of 50% upfront and 50% at an agreed upon later date (this only applies to character designs priced above £20). Just let me know and I'm sure we can work something out, you will not receive the character design until it's been paid for in full

 - Payment is due within 24 hours or the character will be for sale again

 - All payment must be sent in GBP. I send out invoices but am happy with tips! Don't worry if your local currency isn't GBP, PayPal will automatically convert this for you! If you would like to see what a price is in your currency please Google "____ GBP to (your local currency here)"

 - For custom character designs please see my commission Terms Of Service for my policy on payment & refunds as those terms apply

- I do not offer refunds for pre-made character designs as the product is clearly advertised & you recieve it upfront
