⚠️ All designs I’ve made have a two week trading/selling cool down! - you may NOT trade/sell them before it finishes

You CAN: 

✔Alter the design as you please after purchase (CS excluded)

- any redesigns have to stick with the original design, however! They can’t be sold/traded/gifted separately no matter how different they are

✔Trade/gift/resell the design after cool down ends

✔Credit me at least once when drawing them and posting offsite (preferred, but optional - at least credit if someone asks bls)

You CANNOT:

✘ Resell for more than you purchased it for 

- Original purchase price MUST be included in profile or design CANNOT be sold for any currency (I will check for this info) 

✘ Resell AT ALL if you got it in a trade/as a gift - commissioned art does not change this

✘ Trade it if you got it as a gift and haven’t added any new art to it (once new art is added, it can be traded as normal) 

- you can still gift the design without adding any art

✘ Use the design if you don’t own it and don’t have permission to use it

✘ Make copies of the design/rip off the design/trace the original art 

✘ Repost the original art outside of their toyhouse profile 

✘ Delete the design’s profile from toyhouse 

✘ Add your own rules or TOS on top of mine

✘ Use any part of the design/my art for anything related to crypto currencies, NFTs, blockchain technology, or AI technology
