• owners of my designs can change the design however they see fit (gender, species, markings, colors, etc)
• i will allow edits of the actual character/design art (drawing over, color shift/hues, etc) as long as the original file/art is kept visible and credited.
  • this is not an invitation to use my art as a base, nor can you make multiple new unrelated designs using my art.
• my designs can be traded or gifted.
• my designs can be re-sold, but i prefer only for their original price unless there is extra art. vouchers are fine.
• please don't claim you made the original designs/art and please credit my design at least once!
  • do not remove my watermark/signature for any reason. I try to keep my signature visible but not intrusive.
• you are free to use my designs you own however you please, EXCEPT for hateful or illegal content/imagery (racism, LGBTphobia, pedophilic/zoophilic/incest imagery, etc etc). i do not revoke designs but i will block + add you to a blacklist.
• you are free to use my designs commercially at no extra cost (stickers, merch, etc) but please do not use the original art i made of the design commerically without discussing it first.
• DO NOT use my art or designs as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), for AI or AI training!
