Oh goodness please forgive my delayed reply, I've been out of town. Just the regular rules like don't sell for more than you paid unless she comes with added art, don't claim my art as your own, don't try to edit/recolor/deface/resell my artwork, and make sure to credit me if you re-upload the art anywhere.
Otherwise you can do what you like with her, including change the design, change the species, use her in for-profit projects, etc. If there's something specific you have in mind, feel free to ask if I'd be okay with it.

I always just want to check ahead of time so I'm following the wishes of the designer. I'd love to snag her still though!
