🌸 The Adopt belongs to you, but not the species or idea itself. 🌸 You are allowed to print merchandise of your Adopt, use them in your mangas or let them meet your OC's. 🌸 You are not allowed to post pictures or lead RPGs with inofficial Adopts or not paid ones. 🌸 I also reserve the right to prosecute those who create inofficial Characters from my Species or copies from my Adopts. 🌸 If you own a page, you will have to credit me as the creator of the adoptable/the species at least once and it is not allowed to claim the design as your idea. 🌸 The design may be given away as a present, but it is forbidden to sell it. 🌸 If you have an artist page or if you like to draw, it would be awesome if you could create a character sheet and draw your Adopt at least once. If you do not draw, you can write a short story about your new Adopt. These are not obligatory, but would make me really happy! ♥ 🌸 Give your Adopt a name, characteristics, and a story. This does not apply if you acquired an Adopt with an already existing story. 🌸 If these rules are violated, I will have to set you on my blacklist, which means that from that point on, you will not be allowed to acquire any more Adopts (no matter if its through trade/gifts/auctions/etc).

GENERAL AGREEMENT for my ADOPTS and DESIGNS §1 Contract Parties Snaapy/Shnapsi, referred to as “Designer” in the contract and Buyer, referred to as “Customer” in the contract. ━━━━━━━━━━━━ §2 Object of Agreement The Object of Agreement is the Design of an Adopt with its respective features. Either created as a custom (Commission, MYO), or as a finished design (Auctions, Raffles, OTA, DTA, etc.) ━━━━━━━━━━━━ §3 Price The design of the in §2 mentioned Adopt will be given to the customer for the agreed price (in €). The different ways of using the design are written down in §4. ━━━━━━━━━━━━ §4 Rights of use (1) With purchasing a design, the customer will acquire the temporally umlimited right, to use and publish the Adopt in any way in any media, print and digital alike, including the internet. (2) After acquiring permission from the designer, minor changes in the design are allowed. (3) The rights for the species or the adopts remain with the designer, only the design of the Adopts is purchased. (5) The designer must be linked and credited as the creator of the design at least once. The customer is not permitted to claim the design or the species as their own idea. (6) The design of the Adopt may be given away or traded for a design of the same worth. The third party must then be noticed of the general agreement and is also obliged to accept and comply with them. Any other transmission of the right of use to third parties e.g. by selling or any other kind of financial benefit for the customer is not permitted. (7) The customer will give a name and a story to the Adopt, in addition to a character that will fit the Adopt's story. If possible, the customer should create a character sheet. This is especially desirable, if the customer already has their own artist page. Upon not creating a character sheet, the customer should write a story and a detailed description of the character. In this case, the written form is enough. The requirement of a character description is cancelled, if the purchased design already has an existing story and/or personality. The created information will be made available to the designer and the associated group or fanpage. (8) The designer abdicates using the purchased design for any merchandise/prints etc. and renounces any further use of the design. An exception is posting the design in any desired media, print and digital, including the internet for advertising and for depiction of the Adopt. The designer explicitly does not abdicate the rights on the species or the Adopt, but only the rights on the design of the Adopt. The right to create further Adopts or Species with similar traits as the Adopts or original characters strictly remain with the designer. ━━━━━━━━━━━━ §5 Declaration of Consent (1) The customer agrees to the terms of this contract bindingly with their clear consent and distinct notification by willing to buy an Adopt or Species-Character of mine. (2) In case of a customer being a minor, their legal guardian will also have to agree to the purchase of an Adopt or Character of my Species and all the previous agreements by signature.
