He's the one everyone dislikes yet is still essential to the band somehow. They likely are the one with the most aptitude in social media advertising and some of the music mixing. However. He just has a vibe that pisses everyone off.
They often spend a bunch of time doing his own thing that fits into the music. A bit of drums, a bit of guitar... They offer excellent backing. This still pisses some off. No matter. He can make their music with the others, so they stay together! Likely going to be the cause of a band breakup if it happens.
