History:

Before Fang An became a court muscian, he was an assassin/spy, using the guise of a musician to complete his jobs. While being a spy/assassin to build relationships (not necessarily romantic at times)/ gain information from others so he's gotta get very close to the ladies and other guys.

There's a family that often hires him constantly (mainly the head of the household) and they have a son (that's a closet yandere)who that got rlly close to Fang An and somehow assumed they were in a relationship or something or were eventually in a relationship. 

One day, that son saw Fang An working somewhere and was super close as if they were in a romantic relationship to another guy or girl for work reasons. Fang An's "lover" didn't realize his work involved getting intimately close until that day. From that day on, he starts keeping tabs on Fang An and got fed up one day when the other guy/girl got way too close. Fang An's "lover"  screws over an important job for Fang An which leads to failure. His client aka lover's dad gets pissed because it affected his business greatly which in turn, leads to Fang An officially leaving and never coming back. the son requests to meet with Fang An before he leaves and yells/goes on a rant on how if he can't keep Fang An for himself, then no one else will be able to see his full beauty and ripped off Fang An's wings.

Trivia:

• Fang (芳) means "fragrant, virtuous, beautiful" and An (安) means "peace, quiet".
• Extremely talented at playing the sanxian ~
• Actually has a very nice, pleasant, singing voice as well
• His wings were ripped off from him. Not a very pleasant experience or memory for him--
• A former spy/assassin who used musician as a guise, after a certain incident which led him to get his wings torn off, he left that kind of life behind and became a full time musician.
