Neoma be livin' in a future where she can be a cute bounty hunter who's a fan of burning shit down. She loves the smell of gasoline and she's just a big old pyromaniac.
She was born after "The Apocalypse" occurred, and thus knows very little about the past. Never really learned to read or write besides what she picked up from being alive, but learned to shoot at an early age from her mother.
