About
I met a traveller from an antique land,

Origin
Traveler
As a pup, this little fox stuck close by their mother's side. Being leucistic, they stood out starkly from their siblings, and ended up being found by a couple who quickly became captivated by them. The couple set out on catching the pup, and eventually succeeded after several attempts.
The couple named the illegally kept pet "Xiao Wang" and raised the fox within their home. The couple occasionally let Xiao Wang out for walks, but made sure to keep them from running off. Eventually, they were reported by a neighbor, and so they decided to simply release Xiao Wang back to the wild.
Confused, Xiao Wang had no capabilties to survive in the wild, and was deeply distressed by the change. Hearing tales of wild spirits who could help weary animals, they sought out an esk for the blessing of a new life.
Boundary
A vast seaside meadow, Yichen is very proud of their boundary. They adore frolicking in the fields of thier boundary and exploring the beaches nearby. Yichen is very welcome to visitors in their meadow, and enjoys sharing their boundary with many others.
Yichen lovingly cares for both flora and fauna within their boundary, seeing it as their responsibility to upkeep their home. They see themself as a humble ruler of their boundary.

General Esk Guide
- Esk do not have mouths, ears, paw pads, or nose structures (excluding nostrils).
- Esk do not have pupils. They can, however, have a thin sliver of color around the edge of the eye.
- Esk cannot have markings that create an illusion of a mouth, pupils, or nose pads.
- Esk do not have external eyelids, they only have nictitating membranes (translucent eyelids)
- Esk always have furred tails, tails cannot be hairless or be affected by the sleek trait.
