• ex-cook aboard a small pirate ship, abandoned the seafaring life after the crew was decimated by a sea otter vessel.
• Moved into Southern Mossflower, joined up with two other woodland rats of low degree.
• Few years go by, they're driving a dormouse family out of their isolated cottage when a honking great badger shows up. Seems bad but the badger unexpectedly sides with the rat gang and helps slaughter the family. Big Swoon from Cowslip. 
• The two woodland rats are unconvinced, plan to murder Maumeruz in her sleep that night. Cowslip warns her new pal and they turn the tables on their would-be assassins.
• Cowslip and Maumeruz live happily ever after in the cute woodland cottage !!!!!!!! they get married and nobody bothers them, Amen 🙏
