Mitzi is a prim and proper Chimereon that owns a little clothing boutique on a busy downtown street. While she's remarkably polite, she struggles to get in touch with her emotions and doesn't often smile. This often leads to her unintentionally coming off as snooty or rude to those who don't know her. She has a generous heart but struggles to express herself in more intimate social situations.
