Not quite a Nixie, I suppose, but something of the sort. Based off a lion fish. Don't currently have anyone to stick him with, but he's the type to have a small group of land-dwelling friends that he tries to approach on the docks or whatever other waterways will allow him to get near. He's very curious about books and writings (somehow linked to his name). Loves to learn new things about people and things in general. Typically very calm, yet upbeat - smiles always seem to be sleepy even though he nearly never appears to be tired
