Birtram 'Birt' Maus

An albino Lers Murodean, which is already an extreme rarity, Birt has a concurrent mutation which is the partial reason for his feminine appearance. 

Although usually referred to as a 'he', Birt isn't particularly concerned about what gender you perceive him as, as long as you don't mistake him for a child (as to most of his kind he very much resembles one). 

The closest thing to a child that Charles and Alexander have, Birt is a rather troubled individual, with most of his problems stemming from the religious mutilation he suffered as an adolescent. Oddly, despite being permanently affected both physically and mentally, Birt doesn't resent these changes, but instead the fact that the ritual was performed at all and the ideology that drove it in the first place. After escaping, he wandered around for a year or so before being taken in by Charles and Alexander, the latter who immediatley began grooming him as his sucessor as a hitman. Birt took to the training well, and has since taken the profession up as his full-time job under the name 'Mr White', having made quite the name for himself. Aside from his sadistic tendancies, he's a fairly normal thirty-something year old, and Quinn's best friend, bonding over their love of violence, horror films and true-crime shows.

Even though he looks very cute, he’s extremely antisocial and awkward. He generally dislikes most people, greatly distrusts strangers, and can’t stand being touched. He almost never speaks when he’s not around people he doesn’t know.

A lot more unstable than he may appear, he has a tendency to bottle up his emotions leading to eventual explosive outbursts as opposed to Quinn, who has no filter and doesn’t tend to stay angry for long. He is very quick to pick up and memorize information, and will hold onto it until needed, even if it’s five years down the track. Has a tendency to make jabs at people, without considering if it will hurt them. 

Talking for too long will make him lose his voice for a day or two.
He’s never truly at ease unless he’s in his own room with the door locked, after a thorough inspection (his nightly routine).
Obsessively clean, he has a nervous tick of compulsive self-grooming when he’s anxious. In general he exhibits a lot more ‘feral’ mannerisms than most of his kind.
Has a soft spot for cute and helpless things, he feels the need to protect them by locking them away so nobody else can have them. Also a big fan of classic horror and slasher films.
Absolutely hates wearing shoes, is barefoot 99% of the time and Alexander yells at him as his claws scratch the floor on occasion.
Hates junk food with a passion and loves seeds and nuts - sunflower seeds are his favourite.
He actually needs to wear glasses as his eyesight is terrible (as an albino) but only does when he absolutely needs to, otherwise relies on sound and smell for details.
Tail is unusually prehensile even for a Murodean, it basically acts as another arm. The kink in it is permanent, and the result of a childhood accident.
Doesn’t remember that he has to cover his upper torso sometimes as his absolute main priority is covering his lower body, everything else is secondary. Alexander gets pretty pissed about this too.
Likes his hair longer as Elodie loved playing with it, and it’s a positive memory for him.
Not afraid to use his appearance to his advantage.
