he's a blood-thirsty dragon hunter. He's small and cute so people often mistaken him as the weak runt but his agility and oddly high attack makes him a terrifying beast. However, he's really bad with defending himself so he terrorised a peaceful dratini/dragonair village and kept the chieftain's son as hostage so they have to protect his army of fairy-types. the village is his base camp.

he ends up falling for the chieftain's son but it's an unrequinted love as the dragonair despises him. sylvester does all he can to keep true to his words and keep the village and his dragonair crush safe from any harm. when the sylvester confesses his feelings for the dragonair boy, he rejected him and told him the only way he would ever love a monster like sylvester is if he is far far away from him and his village.

when the battle of dragons ensues, sylvester kept the village running and alive and safe from any intruder and the lot. he made a promise to the dragonair boy that he will leave the village once the fight is over, but he will stay near the borders of the village. though he will not enter nor interact with the dragonair tribe, sylvester realises he has fallen for the dragonair boy and will keep the borders of the dragonair tribe safe from any harm.

to keep in mind, his love in unrequinted and is never returned, sylvester ends up being devoted to the dragonair boy and he changes his way of killing but is still a terrifying beast.
