Design Terms of Use
- Once you have bought the adoptable, it is yours! You may change whatever you like about it, and do whatever you want with it. I only ask that the first time you use the design, you credit me. Afterwards, credit is not necessary (although I will always be glad to be shown art that includes them!)
- If you ever wish to resell the adopt, you may of course do so. I would love to be asked first in case I might want to buy it back from you, though!
- [For CS adopts] Follow all rules/TOS pertaining to the species. Their rules ultimately supersede mine.
- Once you have bought the character, it is yours! You may change whatever you like about it, and do whatever you want with it, including using the design for commercial purposes (only the design, not the art or the base (if applicable) of course!). I only ask that you credit me for the original design.
- If you ever wish to resell/trade the character, you may of course do so. I would love to be asked first in case I might want to buy it back from you, though that isn't necessary! (Please do not sell for more than you bought it for unless it includes extra artwork. This also means that if you got it for free, you may only gift or trade it unless it includes extra art/writing.)
